An application prototype that features designs first, before introducing the creatives behind them.

The interactive prototype features six designers, introducing them through brief bios and examples of their work. Their identities are only revealed at the end of the page, after the viewers have engaged with the designs themselves. The guiding questions “Who do you see? Who do you value?” invite viewers to take in the work on its own before forming preconceived notions, prompting reflection on who they might imagine behind the designs versus the actual designers.

The homepage features previews of each page on podiums, which raises the question of which designers we choose to put on a pedestal and how these choices may be influenced by identity rather than solely by the work itself.
